The Tūhono (to connect) Matariki Dinner takes place the week before the national holiday. Three nights of cuisine where ancient tradition and modern craft become one. Each dish on the menu tells a story — of ingredients sourced from across Aotearoa, of techniques inherited and reimagined, and of two chefs in genuine creative conversation.

Guests are invited to dine at their own pace across a thoughtfully composed à la carte menu.
