What time is check in / out?
Check in is available from 3pm on the day you arrive. You may request an earlier check in at time of booking, but we cannot make guarantees.
Check out is at 12pm. Late check outs can be requested with Guest Services upon check in.
Can you store my luggage?
We’re always more than happy to store luggage free of charge during your stay, and you’re welcome to leave your bags with us on the day you check in or out.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Need to make a change? Our change and cancellation terms vary per type of booking. Please refer to the T&Cs which explain in full the different options available. These can be found on the website during the booking process and in your booking confirmation email.
