The Key To The City hotel package is for two guests and includes a night’s stay, complimentary valet parking and breakfast for two in Harbour Society as well as access to unlock city wide deals.

One key, endless experiences.

  1. The Key To The City package is available at SO/ Auckland from 15 July to 15 October 2026 (“the Promotional Period”).
  2. The package is valid for two (2) guests and includes one night’s accommodation, complimentary valet parking for one vehicle (size restrictions apply), and breakfast for two at Harbour Society.
  3. Guests will receive a Key To The City key at check-in, granting access to a curated list of partner offers across Auckland CBD and nearby suburbs.
  4. A full list of current partner offers will be provided to guests at the time of booking. 
  5. Partner offers are subject to change without notice.
  6. Blackout dates may apply to Key To The City package availability. 
  7. Key To The City does not guarantee availability of partner offers 
  8. Redemption method varies by partner. Offers may be redeemed by presenting the Key To The City key at a partner’s premises, or by booking directly with the partner and mentioning the offer. Guests should refer to the partner offers list for specific redemption instructions. These are subject to change.
