Enjoy the Chef’s carving selection and choose from pork, beef, lamb and chicken. Dishes accompanied by roasted potatoes and vegetables, Yorkshire pudding, stuffing, gravy and condiments such as apple or mint sauce and redcurrant jelly depending on the carving. Fish and vegetarian options are available.
