Group Classes Available:

- Pilates: Improve your posture, abdominal strength and body control with gentle, mindful exercises.
- Crosstraining: Intense workouts that combine strength, endurance and cardio for complete conditioning.
- CORE: Focused on strengthening the abdomen and lower back, ideal for improving stability and preventing injuries.
- And much more: including stretching, fusions or spin & fit sessions.
Class Schedule:
Classes are held from Monday to Sunday, with morning and afternoon timetables to suit your routine. Check our calendar.
