We have a professional team of highly qualified trainers, dedicated to guiding you every step of the way to a more active and healthy lifestyle. At SO/ Fit you will find options to keep you fit with classes for mobility and stretching, body and mind, toning or cardio and strength.

Group Classes Available:

  • GAP (Glutes, Abs and Legs): Tone and strengthen your lower body with dynamic and effective sessions.
  • Yoga: Find balance, flexibility and mental calm in a peaceful environment.
  • Pilates: Improve your posture, abdominal strength and body control with gentle, mindful exercises.
  • Crosstraining: Intense workouts that combine strength, endurance and cardio for complete conditioning.
  • CORE: Focused on strengthening the abdomen and lower back, ideal for improving stability and preventing injuries.
  • And much more: including stretching, fusions or spin & fit sessions.

Class Schedule:

Classes are held from Monday to Sunday, with morning and afternoon timetables to suit your routine. Check our calendar.
