How do I get there?
Find us on rue Agrippa d’Aubigné, directly on the decks of the River Seine, in the 4th discrict of Paris. We’re a stone’s throw from many of the city’s public transit hubs. Sully-Morland metro (line 7) is only 150 meters away & Place de la Bastille (metro lines 1, 5 and 8) is just 700 meters away. Bus routes 67, 72, 86 and 87 take you to all four corners of Paris.
What time is check in / out?
Check in is available from 1500hrs on the day you arrive, you may request an early check in at the time of booking. We will then make a note of this on your booking and do our utmost to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee it will be available.
Please be ready to leave the room by 1200hrs, late check outs can be requested with Guest Services on check in.
Can you store my bags and things?
We’re always more than happy to store luggage free of charge during your stay at the SO/ Paris, and you’re welcome to leave your bags with us on the day you check-in or check-out.
Can I hire a bike?
Yes. Our SO/ Bikes are be available for you to use for free during your stay. Just ask at Reception and they’ll give you the lowdown. There are also Velib’ available across the city — they’re super easy to use and you can’t beat the convenience of bopping around town on wheels.
Do you recommend pre booking all dining and leisure prior to arrival?
Yes, we always recommend pre-booking dining and leisure to avoid disappointment.
Can I use the Spa facilities?
You are welcome to use the wonderful Maison CODAGE Spa facilities if you are a resident and have a spa treatment booked. If you are visiting for the day please contact us on +33 (0)1 78 90 74 75 for more information on Day Spa packages.
Can I use the facilities of the Ô Zenhit sport club?
Yes, access to the swimming pool and Gym spaces of the Ô Zenhit Sport Club is free for hotel guests.
Ô Zenhit Sport Club features state of the art Freemotion training equipment with plenty of room to move, a 20 meters long indoor Pool, a steam room, a sauna, as well as 4 dedicated studios for Yoga, HIIT and Cycling (require advance booking at an additional fee). Unparalleled Personal Training is also available on demand.
SO/ Paris hotel guests will be required to check-in at the front desk of Ô ZenHit upon entry in order to access the Club. Children under eighteen (18) years of age are not permitted to use Club facilities, locker rooms and equipment, unless they are accompanied by adults.
Swimming pool is not accessible from 9am until 11:30am every monday, tuesday, thursday and friday.
Do you have valet parking facilities?
Yes we provide valet parking for guests of the hotel at an additional fee, please following indication of the staff upon arrival.
Do you arrange airport / train transfers?
We offer a private chauffeur transfer service, this must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. For pricing please speak with Guest experience team at the hotel.
Do you have wifi?
The whole hotel has complimentary wi-fi for your convenience.
What facilities are provided in the room?
All rooms have air-con, wifi, TVs with Chromecast, fridges, hairdryers, steamers and tea/coffee making facilities.
Are the soft drinks complimentary in the mini bar?
Yes. Enjoy the soft drinks from our mini bar with our compliments when staying at SO/ Paris. All our rooms are also equipped with Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.
What payment methods do you accept?
At the time of booking we can accept credit cards over the phone (with the exception of Diners Club) or by secure online payment. Once you are at the hotel you can pay by cash or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and Diners Club
Can I bring my dog with me?
Yes. We love our four legged friends at SO/ Paris and are happy to welcome them for an additional fee of EUR 50 per stay. To ensure the smoothest of stays, have a read through our guidelines below: 1°All dogs need to be kept on a leash or in a carrier when in public areas. 2°Dogs must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times when in public areas of the hotel. 3°Owners must be present while any member of the hotel team is in the room with the dog. 4°Doggy door hanger is to be kept on the door always, to indicate dog in room.
Please note: All dogs should have vaccination certificates with them and are expected to have been treated in advance for worms, fleas and kennel cough.
Dogs are also not allowed in restaurant and bar areas. Dog food is not provided.
