Inspired by the laidback beauty of the Amalfi Coast to Capri

‘Chiano’ derives from the Neoplital dialect meaning ‘soft’ and ‘slow’. Coastal Italian cuisine is redefined with familiar classics prepared with excquisite precision. The relaxed yet opulent atmosphere is created with the rich warm tones of gold and terracota interiors.

Explore the flavours of artisinal Neopolitan pizza which embody the spirit of Chiano. Born from the flames of the wood-fired oven, its crust is both smoky and tender. It is crowned with a selection of fine Italian cheeses, slow-roasted seasonal vegetables that sing of the earth, and finished with a bright confetti of ‘sprezzatura’ of fresh basil and extra-virgin olive oil. Find reinvented classics, from hand pulled pasta to homemade carpaccio and crowning the evening with a large homemade tray of Tiramisu served directly at the table.
