How To Get A Digital Pass

The Olympic and Paralympic Games, of which we are a proud premium partner, are just around the corner, and we are looking forward to welcoming you to our hotel. To make your arrival as smooth as possible, the most important thing is to prepare.

Paris will be in full swing as we welcome more than 15 million visitors. We already know that our hotel will be affected by traffic restrictions given its location in the grey security perimeter of the Olympic Games Opening Ceremony that will be activated from 18-26 July, 2024, both inclusive. If you are staying with us during this period you will need a digital pass or Pass Jeux. Getting a pass can take up to 7 days, so make sure you apply before your visit.

Thus, your travel to SO/ Paris requires a few prior measures:

  • Anyone over the age of 13 wishing to enter the grey security perimeter between July 18 and 26, 2024, must have a Digital Pass (Pass Jeux). Therefore, to access SO/ Paris (located in the grey security perimeter) during this period, you will need the Digital Pass (Pass Jeux).
  • We recommend that you prepare for your visit by consulting the following website: Apply for a Digital Pass (Pass Jeux).
  • For a Digital Pass request related to an accommodation stay at SO/ Paris, please select a “Resident” – “Pass Jeux – Temporary residents” Pass. You will then be asked for proof of temporary residence (your hotel reservation confirmation with the dates of your stay). Please allow at least 7 days for your Pass to be issued.

Practical Information

  • We strongly recommend that you use public transport or alternative means of transport such as walking or cycling.
  • If you need to bring your own vehicle to our hotel, please note that SO/ Paris is in the grey security perimeter: No cars allowed, except for accredited vehicles or special dispensation.
  • Here is the nearest address in the red zone for cab drop-off and pick-up: 2-4 Rue Jules Cousin, 75004 Paris.
