LAZULI BEACH CLUB
Join the Lazuli Beach Club with Mediterranean and healthy food options within the resort’s coveted Beach Club. With all-day dining, creative cocktails and chilled-out tunes, discover this colourful splash of culture that takes its cues from sophisticated to playful art deco. Lazuli Beach Club is a versatile space that exudes Cote D’Azur charm and elegance. The menu leans towards Mediterranean flavours – think grilled seabass, cucumber dip and vegetable skewers all served à la carte, as well as themed barbeques, pop-ups and paella parties.
The sophisticated bar area is the focal point with a selection of vibrant cocktails designed to share with friends.
HADABA
A feast of the Middle East like no other, Hadaba takes its name from its namesake Egyptian neighbourhood – one of the regions across the Levant from which the restaurant draws its flavours and inspiration. The restaurant sits at the coastal tip of the resort, split over two floors, with a sculptural central staircase and the majestic backdrop of the Maldivian water. On the menu, discover dishes from the Gulf of Arabia and beyond to the Mediterranean, from freshly-baked Laffa bread served on the showpiece custom ‘Saj’, to daily ceviche specials and iconic slow-cooked Lamb Shawarma.
THE CITRONELLE CLUB
The Citronelle Club elevates the art of all day dining. With a beach-front setting, this Zen-like space unites Pan Asian design cues with a diverse menu inspired by the flavours of Asia. This is a sensory dining experience – think exposed cooking pots and pans, the sound of wok fires and noodle dough beating. The menu is a love letter to regional cuisine across Asia, from blackened cod and sweet and sour Lamb ribs, to an extensive dim sum offering and lighter bites such as rocket summer rolls. Drinks will borrow from the kitchen with herbaceous cocktails and crisp light wines designed to pair with the spicy flavours.
PAVILION BAR
The drinks at Pavillion bar will lean on Levant flavors infused with a dose of the Mediterranean – of course, the ever-popular palatable white and rosé from France, as well as timeless old-world favorites. There will be a curated list of champagne by the glass and bottle for those looking to savour the evening and toast to the Maldives sunset. Cocktails will be a show-piece, using the flavours and fruits of the tropics as well as spices and herbs from across the Middle East. Specialist cocktails will be prepared and delivered via a table-side cocktail cart.
