🐟 Second round - Mediterranean Menu: a tribute to bluefin tuna in different versions, from carpaccio with salmorejo to tataki with veal juice and Pedro Ximénez. The menu is rounded off with Andalusian cheeses and a refreshing lemon frosted with orange blossom honey. Come and try it!
