Savour seasonal delights at Cortijo Santa María 1962, with the Easter Egg Special available 27 March – 30 April.

Our Executive Chef, Leandro Caballero, surprises us with a 5-course menu where the egg is the main ingredient in a feast of dishes and flavors that reflect all the wonders of Andalusian cuisine.
