Before going out on the water: (Brief explanation)
Safety: Brief explanation of safety precautions on board.
Weather: Information on the weather conditions for the day.
Engine: Introduction to the use of the boat’s engine.
Parts of the boat: Basic knowledge of the main parts of the boat.

Going out to sea:
Undocking manoeuvre: Procedure for leaving the dock safely.
Ready to set sail: Final preparations before setting sail.
Leaving the harbour and wind basics: Basics of how the wind affects sailing.
Hoisting and trimming the sails: Techniques for hoisting and trimming the sails.
Course and tacking: Basic manoeuvres for changing course.
Tacking the sails and returning to port: Procedure for stowing the sails and returning to port.

Aperitif after sailing:
In the Club restaurant, sharing the experience among all.

Recommendations for the activity:
Comfortable clothes (shorts, swimming costume, etc.) and white or sports shoes.
Essential: sun protection and a cap.
For those who have never sailed and are not sure if they will get seasick, we recommend taking biodramine with caffeine two hours before the activity.
