Michelin-starred chef Nicolas Isnard has designed three exclusive menus that explore different gastronomic cultures, always with tuna as the protagonist.

1. Nikkei Menu
From 15 May to 8 June
A contemporary fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. Refined technique and intense flavours in a proposal that marks the start of the festival.
2. Mediterranean Menu
From 9 June to 20 July
A journey through the flavours of the Mediterranean coast, with fresh ingredients and a modern interpretation of tradition.
3. Asian Menu
From 21 July to 14 September
An immersion in the cuisines of East Asia, with balanced, aromatic dishes full of nuances.
